PAYMENT OPTIONS
What are my payment options?
We offer you 5 completely secure payment options:
– securely online via Payfast (no setup required): using your credit card/ Masterpass/ Mobicred*/ Instant EFT
– securely online using OZOW (previously i-Pay instant EFT)
– via bank transfer/EFT (email us for a tax invoice and baking details)
– securely using Payflex
– securely using Zapper on your mobile device (please have Zapper installed)
* to use Mobicred when checking out via Payfast, please ensure that you already have a Mobicred account
DELIVERY
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over R5000; orders under R500 incur a nominal delivery fee of R500

How long will it take to get my order?
In stock items: average delivery time to Main Areas is approximately 3-5 working days from dispatch; Outlying areas 5-7 working days from dispatch.
Note that dispatch takes place once orders have been paid for in full – if paying via EFT (bank deposit), funds need to reflect in our account before dispatch takes place.
How do preorders work?
If an item is on ‘ preorder’, this means that the stock has not yet arrived in South Africa, but we have confirmed shipments on the water from our overseas manufacturers. this functionality allows our customers to secure stock of their chosen item in advance of its arrival, and before stock sells out.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we can arrange international shipping, please email us for quotes.
Where is my order?
Once payment has reflected, your items will be couriered. You will receive tracking details via email.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If the item has not yet been couriered then yes an order can be amended.
RETURNS
What is The Trendy House’s return policy and procedure?
Please refer to our returns policy here.
Should an item be returned that is not damaged, a handling fee will be charged before refund has issues.

Do you have a showroom?
We do not have any physical showroom spaces, we are purely online. If you require any additional information you are welcome to contact us.
Can I customize my order?
Unfortunately not. Our products are shipped as they are presented on this website.
How do I Install the fan?
A qualified electrician will be able to install your fan. Instructions will be included in the box.
